An innocent 13-year-old boy was shot in Harlem early Tuesday, cops said — the latest victim in a troubling trend of gun violence involving youngsters.

The teen was hanging out with a group of friends behind 310 West 143 St. in Harlem, two blocks from Jackie Robinson Park, just before 1 a.m. when the gunfire erupted, cops said.

The boy was struck in the lower left leg and taken to Bellevue Hospital where he was expected to recover, according to police.

Cops do not believe the kid was the intended target.

Multiple 9mm shell casings were recovered at the scene.

The senseless shooting comes in the wake of a bloody holiday weekend that left at least a dozen injured in nine separate shootings across the five boroughs.

Three injured in the hail of gunfire were young kids — ages 5, 12 and 15.

The first shooting was Friday night during a memorial in The Bronx. At one point, a car backfired, sending the crowd scrambling in fear of bullets flying, cops said.

Two men then pulled out pistols and opened fire into the street and struck a 5-year-old girl in the back seat of her family’s car, cops said. The girl was seriously injured but expected to survive.

Cops have identified the suspected gunmen as Austin Morrishow, 25, and Curtis White, 26. No arrests have been made as of Tuesday.

The second shooting left 15-year-old Wesley Vasquez dead on the basketball courts at Riverbank State Park Saturday night, according to police.

Park Police nabbed the suspect shortly after, and State Police charged Anibal Cruz, 36, with second-degree murder, cops said.

On Sunday evening, a 12-year-old girl was among the four innocent victims, along with her 35-year-old aunt, in a shooting on Eastburn Avenue in The Bronx, cops said.
