A 12-year-old boy had to be airlifted to Westchester Medical Center after the car he was riding in crashed and repeatedly overturned in upstate Orange County early Friday, cops said.

The pre-teen was inside a Honda Pilot with five other people around 8:15 a.m. on westbound State Route 17 near exit 119 in the town of Wallkill when the SUV veered off the roadway, New York State Police said.

The Honda then flipped several times, flinging the boy and one of the other occupants out of the vehicle, cops said.
