Bling Empire alum Jessey Lee‘s ex-wife Crystal Hoang Lee has requested a temporary restraining order against him and accused him of abusing her and their children.
Page Six reports that a request made by Crystal details Jessey’s alleged abuse against her and their daughters, ages 7 and 11. In the documents, Crystal claims their daughters are “physically punished constantly.” The request includes photos of the children crying with apparent bruises on their bodies.
Crystal claimed Jessey “slaps” and “chokes” their daughters. Her request also alleged that Jessey “physically hits” them to the point they sometimes get “bloody noses,” and says the children are “suffering” from “abuse, neglect [and] abandonment.”
She claims that the abuse occurred between 2015 and 2018, and then from 2022 on. The most recent occurrence allegedly happened Nov. 25.
Crystal also detailed the “physical, emotional [and] financial” abuse he allegedly inflicts upon her. She accused him of being “a part of the cartel” and claims he “put a hit out” on her. She also alleges that he caused her to have a miscarriage this past September.
She requested sole custody of their daughters but said she would agree to supervised visitations from Jessey.

Jessey denied the allegations, according to a statement from his spokesperson. “Mr. Lee has no knowledge of this restraining order. He actually was granted a restraining order against Ms. Hoang on Nov. 21. He has been awarded full exclusive custody of the children, and they currently live with him. Ms. Hoang has no access or parental rights. There is absolutely no truth to any of these allegations,” they told TMZ.
Crystal later confirmed that she had “lost parental rights” in a post on social media.
“I truly love being a mom and every piece of it is already a fight, but when you have the man that gave you the greatest gift of your life trying to fight to take away your babies. All you can see is a broken man,” she wrote.
A judge has since denied Crystal’s request for a temporary restraining order but a hearing has been scheduled in two weeks.
