Billy Joel’s daughter with ex-wife Christie Brinkley praised her dad’s resilience after he was diagnosed with normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH).

“SOUND UP ????️ We love you and we got you, Pop!” Alexa Ray Joel captioned an Instagram post on Sunday featuring a black-and-white painting depicting a father and daughter holding hands.

“I just wanted to thank you all for the beautiful outpouring of love and support amid the recent news of My Father’s health diagnosis.”

Alexa, 39, described the “Piano Man” singer, 76, as “the strongest and most resilient man” she has ever known.

“And he’s entirely committed to making a full recovery with ongoing physical-therapy treatments as he continues to regain his strength,” she noted before adding that she was touched by the outpouring of love from his fans.

“The genuine care, empathy, and concern from everyone means so much to him… it means a lot to me, too,” she wrote.

Alexa concluded her tribute by quoting the lyrics of Billy’s song “Lullabye (Goodnight My Angel),” which he wrote for her in 1993.

“Someday We’ll All Be Gone / But Lullabies Go On And On / They Never Die / That’s How You And I Will Be,” she wrote, adding, “⚓️ The music continues… ????️ All My Love, Alexa Ray.”

Alexa’s mom, who was married to Billy from 1985 to 1994, also expressed her support for the hitmaker.

“Dear Billy, The whole Brinkley gang is sending you lots of love and good wishes for a full and speedy recovery,” the model wrote in an Instagram post Saturday.

“I’m sure I’m speaking for everyone in that room when I say please take good care of yourself, we all want you back in that white hot spotlight, you’re OUR piano man,” Brinkley added.

Billy also shares daughters, Della Rose, 9, and Remy Anne, 7, with his current wife Alexis Roderick.

Last week, Billy announced that he was diagnosed with the rare brain condition, which occurs when “too much” cerebrospinal fluid builds up in the brain’s ventricles, which can sometimes lead to brain damage.

The medical condition — which often affects older adults and has symptoms resembling Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease — forced Billy to cancel his upcoming tour dates.

“This condition has been exacerbated by recent concert performances, leading to problems with hearing, vision and balance,” Billy announced in an Instagram post Friday.

The “Vienna” artist shared that he is undergoing a “specific therapy” and that his doctors advised him to “refrain from performing” during his recovery.

“I’m sincerely sorry to disappoint our audience and thank you for understanding,” Billy added.

The five-time Grammy winner first sparked health concerns when he fell during his concert at Mohegan Sun Casino in Montville, Conn., in February.

Shortly after, Billy announced that he would be postponing his tour dates from March through July and explained that he was undergoing physical therapy while recovering from a “recent surgery.”

“While I regret postponing any shows, my health must come first,” he said.

At the time, he told fans he was expecting to “make a full recovery.”
