Joe Biden’s anti-Trump ramblings are always a case of projection, and his latest eruption is no different.
Speaking at a fat-cat fundraiser, the prez insisted his rival is running because he’s “worried about preserving his freedoms.”
Uh, no: The indictments only started hitting Donald Trump after he announced his 2024 run.
And Biden’s bizarre locution says it all: He knows he’s the one attacking our freedoms and is letting the mask slip.
Like through his obscene decision to classify the audio tapes of his humiliating interview with special counsel Robert Hur, though the transcript is already public.
Or his administration’s efforts to fight “disinformation,” i.e. opinions Democrats don’t like and facts that prove politically inconvenient for them, with Orwellian uses of government power.
Even on trivial stuff, like gas stoves, the Biden administration is salivating over the prospect of crackdowns.
The prez also attacked Trump’s alleged “all-out assault” on “the American system of justice.”
Ha! Paging Dr. Freud!
It’s Biden, of course, who’s been eroding and attacking the American justice system from the jump.
Whether it’s by turning the FBI into his ideological enforcement arm and siccing it on parents who dared to protest at school board meetings.
Or by having Justice do everything possible to let his crook son Hunter off the hook for influence-peddling and other crimes.
What about the White House’s beyond-obvious involvement in the various Trump prosecutions?
This tired, specious “threat to democracy” rhetoric is catnip to rich Dems — and that’s all it is.
For proof, look no further than Trump campaign’s massive post-conviction cash haul: $141 million from more than 2 million donors, an astonishing 25% of them first-timers.

More than a third of the cash came from online donations right after the verdict — indicating this is a grassroots surge.
So Biden can project as much as he likes.
The facts — and his abysmal record — speak for themselves, and he’s not fooling anyone other than himself and his circle of sycophants with terminal West-Wing brain.
