NextImg:Bette Midler, 77, finally admits she’s had ‘some tailoring’ done to her face

Bette Midler finally admitted that she’s had “some tailoring” done to her face following years of speculation that the Hollywood icon went under the knife.

The “Hocus Pocus” star got candid about her seemingly ageless appearance during her acceptance speech at the Costume Designers Guild Awards on Monday night.

“Time has a way of smoothing everything out,” the 77-year-old joked while accepting the Distinguished Collaborator Award.

“I’ve been at it for close to 60 years … and I do look fabulous, I know,” she joked as the crowd cheered. “I’ve had some tailoring done on my face.”

Despite speculation that the singer had previously gotten a facelift or botox, Midler has kept mum on the matter up until now.

However, back in 2008, the actress admitted she was considering getting work done while chatting with Extra.

“Doesn’t everybody consider it?” she asked. “When it really starts to cave in, I probably will start to give it a real good think.”

While the Oscar winner may have enhanced her looks a little bit over the last couple of years, her decades-long career needs no refreshing.

Last year, Midler joked she had reached gay icon status even before joining the cast for “Hocus Pocus 2.”

The first film — starring Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy — came out in 1993 and centered on a trio of diabolical witches who were awakened centuries after their death.

Thirty years later, the cult classic was made into a sequel — just one more credit under Midler’s long list of achievements.
