While I was encouraged by Will Levis’ performance in his debut, it’s probable that the Titans will be cautious with their rookie quarterback initially. Head coach Mike Vrabel’s decision to share quarterback duties between Levis and Malik Willis suggests a certain level of reservation about the rookie.
Given the short week and Levis making only his second career appearance, Tennessee is likely to stick to a run-heavy game plan. Despite Levis’ impressive performance, he threw for just 238 yards against Atlanta, and I don’t anticipate the same level of efficiency on short rest. Add in the cold weather and some windy conditions, and this further supports the case for betting the under on Levis.
