Bethenny Frankel took to social media to respond to the shocking comment Joy Behar recently made about her body after the former Real Housewives star attempted to speak out about unrealistic beauty standards.

The comment was made on The View when Behar and her co-hosts shared a video of Frankel discussing her recent appearance in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit fashion show.

“Every women that was with me on that stage did not look that way two hours prior,” Frankel said. “It was everybody’s job. … There is a lot of work that goes into [it], a lot of glam, a lot of contouring, a lot of lighting.”

Behar was quick to crack a joke about Frankel’s body, shocking her co-hosts. .

“Well, I admire her candor but her boobs are still fake… Just saying,” she quipped.

Frankel did not appreciate the comment, and she made that very clear in a new video she shared on TikTok where she slammed Behar for criticizing her body when she was trying to be “self-deprecating” and “leveling the playing field.”

“So, Joy Behar took a swipe at me on The View,” Frankel said in a new TikTok video, before later clarifying, “This is actually a lift, Joy.”

She continued taking shots at Behar, calling her “really miserable” for having to “kick someone when they were already saying they’re down.”

“You keep being happy, you keep living your life, you keep being the example of a woman of a certain age that you would be proud of, and we have women like Joy Behar that remind us of who we don’t want to be,” Frankel said.

After Behar made the controversial comment about Frankel, she also poked fun at herself during their discussion about unrealistic beauty standards and cosmetic surgeries.

“I said to my husband the other day, ‘My boobs are hanging so low now that they’re touching my knees,’” she recounted to her co-hosts. “And he says to me, ‘No wonder you keep tripping.’”

The View airs on weekdays at 11/10c on ABC.
