Ace Dubrow has another “Housewife” in his corner.
Bethenny Frankel clapped back at trolls who criticized Heather Dubrow’s 12-year-old son’s transition.
The former “Real Housewives of New York City” star, 52, gushed over the “happy” preteen in an Instagram post Sunday, later taking to the comments section to respond to haters.
When one social media user called Ace “too young to decide” that he identifies as transgender, Frankel replied, “It’s not you.”
The Skinnygirl founder doubled down after another naysayer called Ace “premature” with “too much to learn.”
She wrote, “It’s not you so you don’t know.”
Dubrow, 54, thanked Frankel for her “love and support.”
The “Real Housewives of Orange County” star also gushed over Frankel’s 12-year-old daughter, Bryn, calling her “incredible.”
Frankel told her followers that Bryn “quickly became friends” with Ace during an Aspen, Colo., vacation last month.
The “Big Shot with Bethenny” star posted a video of the preteens dancing, writing about the “joy and happiness” and “extra dose of sweetness” present in Ace after his “recent … transition.”
Frankel explained, “There was something extra happy about him. Upon reflection, I was sure it was that he is allowed to be who he actually is.
“I’ve always said & believed: You can’t be who you’re not,” she concluded. “You have to allow yourself to be free in being who you are. Life is so short and precious.”
The “ReWives” podcast host’s social media upload came one day after Ace came out as transgender.
“Since Ace is a 12 year old child, with a long life ahead of him — we will let him tell his own story someday if he chooses to do so,” Dubrow captioned a photo via Instagram of the name “Ace” written in sand.
“All we can say is Ace, we love you so much and we are proud to be your parents. Your brother and sisters love and support you too,” she gushed, referencing her husband, Terry Dubrow, and their three eldest children: twins Max and Nick, 18, and daughter Kat, 16.
Heather noted that her and Terry’s job is to give their “kids a safe and supportive environment so they can grow up as healthy, happy, confident, independent humans.”
Notably, the couple were vocal with their support of Max and Kat when the teens came out as bisexual and lesbian, respectively.
Terry, 64, previously told Page Six how “proud” he was of his kids for living their truth.
“A lot of people aren’t comfortable coming out till way later in life and they have to hide it and make excuses or not be comfortable,” the plastic surgeon said in August 2020.
