Saturday’s NFL slate ends with a battle of playoff contenders in the Motor City as the Detroit Lions host the Denver Broncos.
Detroit is favored by 4.5 points on bet365 Sportsbook and that seems reasonable. The Lions’ road loss to the Bears last weekend was ugly, but this is still an overall better team than Denver.

Quarterback Jared Goff has been solid with 21 touchdown passes and 10 picks, Amon-Ra St. Brown and Sam LaPorta have been great receiving threats, and David Montgomery and Jahmyr Gibbs each have 690 rushing yards.
The Broncos are riding high after winning six of their past seven games. Russell Wilson is having a bounce-back season with 23 touchdowns and eight interceptions and Denver’s defense has turned a corner by not allowing more than 22 points in that seven-game stretch. One concern for the Broncos is that their offense is still bottom-10 in scoring at 22.1 points per game.
