There’s some drama going on in the Below Deck universe, according to Captain Kerry Titheradge.

When Titheradge appeared alongside Below Deck Mediterranean alum Hannah Ferrier on Monday night’s (June 2) episode of Watch What Happens Live, he opened up about an unpleasant first meeting with former Below Deck chief stew Kate Chastain.

Titheradge’s confession came after host Andy Cohen asked him to name one Bravoleb or Housewife who wasn’t kind to him at BravoCon. While Titheradge — who took over for Captain Lee Rosbach in Below Deck Season 11 — was initially hesitant to answer the question, he eventually named Chastain, who served as Rosbach’s chief stew for seven seasons of Below Deck.

“I don’t think she likes me,” he admitted. “She says good day to my girlfriend and everyone at the table, but not me.”

Titheradge said Chastain’s snub hurt his feelings “a lot,” noting that he’s a “very sensitive guy.”

“I like walks on the beach, sunsets, and holding hands,” Titheradge added. “I don’t know what I did, or what I’m supposed to do.”

When Cohen questioned if he was being serious about his sensitive persona, Ferrier chimed in, “He genuinely told me at dinner last night that he did have his feelings hurt a little bit.”

Ferrier, meanwhile, shared where she currently stands with Captain Sandy Yawn five years after she was fired for having Valium and a vape pen in her cabin to treat her anxiety.

“Sandy and I sat down and had a really good chat when she was in Sydney. She met my daughter and my husband,” Ferrier said of the three-hour conversation.

“I think that enough time had passed that I was kind of like, I don’t like holding onto grudges, I don’t like having any bad energy in my body,” she continued. “And also, Sandy and I — despite what you saw on camera — we actually had something real during those years and I think that’s why I was so hurt and disappointed.”

She added, “If Malia [White] reached out, I’m good. But with Sandy, it was nice to sit down and hear her side and say my side and so yeah, getting to a resolution. Now, I FaceTime her when I’m up late and we chat. It’s amazing.”

Watch What Happens Live airs Sunday through Thursday at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
