Stormy seas are ahead on Below Deck Season 11! Pushed to their limits by Hurricane Jill Zarin (whose charter will live in infamy), our favorite Bravo yachties are on the brink of a breakdown. While Chief Stew Fraser Olender did his best without a full interior team, Stews Xandi Oliver and Barbie Pascual struggled to pick up the slack and squabbled with each other. Bosun Ben Willoughby adjusted to his new role while navigating his changing dynamics with deckhands Sunny Marquis and Kyle Stillie and welcoming new deckhand Dylan Pierre De Villiers to the fold. At the helm of it all is Captain Kerry Titheradge, a man just trying to keep his crew from imploding.

In this exclusive clip from tonight’s all-new episode, it’s clear that Titheradge has given his crew a much-needed and much-deserved day off on the beach. Unfortunately, idle hours cause tensions to bubble to the surface. Pascual sits by herself on a lounge chair and,as she watches Olender walk near the water, confides to the camera: “Fraser doesn’t like me, even though he likes the way I work.” “I can’t speak to him; he doesn’t listen. He’s not somebody that really cares about me or my feelings.” She continues: “If I speak up, I’m a bitch; if I don’t, I’m passive aggressive.”

Back at the beach, Pascual approaches Olender for a heart-to-heart chat. “Will you stop doing this please?” asks Pascual. “I love you,” Pascual starts, but Olender cuts her off immediately and snaps at her: “You do not act like it. “You are such a horrible person when you don’t want to speak to anyone.” “Okay, and I own that,” replies Pascual weakly, but Olender ignores her. He continues his rant: “You are rude; you are horrible; you are not someone to work with.”

Frustrated, but composed, Pascual asks: “What do you want me to do, Fraz?” “Nothing,” snaps Olender. “You want me to go?” asks Pascual. “No, I just want you to just like, understand this is how it works,” says Olender. “Like, welcome to yachting, this is how it works.” As Pascual looks at him with confusion in her eyes, Olender tries to clarify his thoughts. “If you can do [the job], fantastic, if you can’t…” Tune in tonight at 9/8c on Bravo to find out if Pascual will sink or swim on Olender’s interior team.
