An Atlanta cancer doctor has been put on leave after sharing a pro-Hamas Facebook post, where she celebrated the “glory” of the terrorist group and wished for “no peace on stolen land.”

Dr. Abeer N. AbouYabis, who works for Emory Winship Cancer Institute, took to Facebook this week to wish “glory to all resistance fighters,” on her account, which has now been made private.

“I needed to say it LOUD,” she wrote in the poetic-style post. “They got walls, we got gliders / Glory to all resistance fighters / Palestine is our demand / No peace for stolen land / Not another nickel, not another dollar / We will pay for Israel slaughter / Not another nickel, not another dime / We will pay for Israel crime.”

She has since been placed on leave from her prestigious position, the institute confirmed to the New York Post.

“We condemn such comments in the strongest possible terms and have immediately placed this individual on administrative leave pending an internal investigation,” spokesperson Laura Diamond told The Post.

“As we navigate difficult conversations, our expectation is that all members of the Emory community continue to demonstrate empathy and treat each other with dignity and respect. There is no place in our community for language and behavior based in hatred, that incites violence, and that is counter to the values that unite us as educators and health practitioners.”

AbouYabis’ leave of absence was first reported by the nonpartisan group Stop Antisemitism.

The assistant professor said she attended a pro-Palestine rally outside the Israeli Embassy in Atlanta, alongside Emory student group Justice in Palestine.

“Thanks to Emory students for Justice in Palestine and all the other student bodies who helped me hang onto the last thread of my faith in humanity and hope for justice…one day. One day!” she wrote in the post, which included an I Stand with Palestine hashtag.

A New York City doctor has also been fired over a pro-Hamas post. Dr. Dana Diab — an emergency room physician with Lenox Hill Hospital —  shared a video of the heinous Oct. 7 attack on her Instagram Stories.

“Zionist settlers getting a taste of their own medicine,” she wrote, according to a screenshot shared by Stop Antisemitism on X.

Northwell Health confirmed Tuesday that Diab was let go.

Nearly 3,000 people have died in the Gaza Strip, while almost 10,000 have been injured, according to the  Gaza Health Ministry. Nearly two-thirds who have died have been children.

Another 1,200 are believed to be buried under rubble.
