He’s hoping to terminate this lawsuit.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is reportedly getting sued after allegedly hitting a bicyclist with his SUV back in February, according to TMZ.

Sources say the woman, named Joanne Flickinger, was riding a bike and swerved onto his lane in West Los Angeles, California, which caused the car accident.

At the time of the incident, law enforcement sources told TMZ that Flickinger made a left turn in front of the former California governor, before he had a chance to hit his brakes.

Flickinger, who was named in the new lawsuit, was reportedly rushed to the emergency room after the car accident and claims that the 75-year-old “Terminator” star is to blame.

According to documents, she says he was driving “with excessive speed and failed to keep a proper lookout.” Flickinger also claims the collision caused her severe injuries.

A spokesperson for Schwarzenegger and the Los Angeles Police Department could not immediately reached for comment by The Post.

At the time of the incident it was reported that drugs and alcohol were not suspected to have played a role in the accident.

It was also reported that the “Twins” actor was not going very fast at all and he was reportedly cooperative with officers at the scene.

After the accident Schwarzenegger placed Flickinger’s bike on the back of his SUV and drove it to a shop to receive repairs.

This is not the only traffic accident the star has experienced in recent years. In January 2022, Schwarzenegger was involved in a multi-car crash in Brentwood, Calif.

At the time Schwarzenegger was driving a GMC Yukon that collided with a red Prius, rolling over the smaller vehicle before continuing to rotate and impacting with a Porsche Cayenne.
