Arnold Schwarzenegger and his girlfriend, Heather Milligan, never skip leg day when they’re together.
The former bodybuilder, 76, and the physical therapist, 49, got together for a new YouTube video where they dished on tips and tricks to manage knee and joint pain during workouts.
The action star gushed that she is the “best physical therapist in the world.”
The couple met in 2012 when she fixed up his shoulder following an injury on the “Escape Plan” movie set.
Schwarzenegger inquired Milligan to show viewers some safe movements that can help their knees and leg muscles.
“I’ve been having knee problems my whole life,” the former California governor said. “From all the squatting and from the skiing and running and jogging and all those kind of things. So, she’s the expert in that.”
Milligan then joked when he displayed his athletic moves. “Oh! Showing us your legs, that’s impressive,” she laughed. The “Terminator” actor also exhibited a wall sit, where he heaved up his shorts.
Schwarzenegger was previously married to Maria Shriver, whom he split from in 2011 after 25 years of marriage.
They parted ways after news of his affair with housekeeper Mildred Baena surfaced, which resulted in son Joseph Baena, 26.
Shriver, 68, and Schwarzenegger share four children together — Katherine, 34, Christina, 32, Patrick, 30, and Christopher, 26.
The former couple have stayed friends for the sake of their family over the years.
The Austrian-American actor, meanwhile, recently gushed over Milligan in an interview with People.
“We have so many things in common,” he divulged in September 2023. “I think the world of her. I love that she’s into working. She’s clearly independent. She just is driven as hell.”
Of his first meeting with Milligan, he noted that he was starring in 2013’s “Escape Plan” with friend Sylvester Stallone.
“I said, ‘I got to go do this movie, and I bring a lot of punches and I have fights with Sly and I want to have my act together,'” he said.
Once Milligan healed his shoulder injury, he’s since encouraged his other pals to see her if needed.
“And so he says, ‘There’s only one [person], it’s Heather — any athlete, I always send them to her, because she’s the only one that really knows what they’re talking about.’ So I went to her, and then after my therapy was finished, after I was finished with the movie, I called her back and took her out for lunch to say thank you,” he recalled to the outlet. “And then one thing led to the next.”
