Ariana Madix is leaving her interactions with her cheating ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval in the past — and rightfully so. Months after she discovered his affair with their close friend and co-star Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, Madix gave an update on where they stand now — and teased what we can expect from the upcoming season of Vanderpump Rules.

While speaking on Scheana Shay‘s Scheananigans podcast, Madix confirmed that she has not filmed with Sandoval for Vanderpump Rules Season 11 — despite being pictured in the same vicinity at cast events.

“To make it very clear: he and I do not film together, I have not forgiven him, we are not cool, that has not changed at all,” Madix said. “But I know that he will spend probably every single episode trashing me and our relationship because, in the same vain as this podcast that happened with Bethenny [Frankel], it serves him in some way to do that.”

She continued, “It’s really upsetting because if anybody’s able to trash anyone in the situation it should be me because I was done dirty and I did not do him dirty whatsoever.”

Moreover, Madix agreed with Leviss’ decision not to return for Season 11.

“I would argue that I think that’s the right decision — especially if you are kind of struggling with your mental health and how you’re handling the fallout of what happened and your actions and the consequences and all that,” she said. “I honestly think that that’s a wise decision.”

Like Stassi Schroeder and Lala Kent, the Something About Her sandwich shop owner also slammed Frankel’s interview with Leviss on her Just B podcast, which was released in three parts last week. According to Madix, she felt “sad” and “angry” over some of the “hurtful” things Leviss said — however, Frankel was the one who upset her “more.”

“Bethenny is who I feel like should’ve known better and who actually, I think, upset me more in the things that were said,” Madix told Shay. “She’s like, ‘Oh, Ariana’s forgiven him.’ I’m like, ‘Why are you speaking for me? First of all, I don’t know you. And you don’t know what the fuck you’re talking about, lady.’”

She added, “So there were a lot of things that were said by her that I think, made me more angry — because I feel like she should know better.”

Frankel — who admitted that she hadn’t watched Vanderpump Rules aside from the Season 10 reunion — also came under fire for defending Leviss against Madix’s vitriol during the three-part event. It should be noted that the reunion was filmed three weeks after uncovering the months-long affair.

“I would believe that my response to what was done to me in that moment was exactly what I would think any person would respond with in that moment,” Madix doubled down, before later adding, “If I sat down and had a conversation with [Leviss] today, would I say the same things? Probably not. But I was only gonna speak to her that one time and never again.”

Vanderpump Rules is currently streaming on Peacock.
