Citibank is going after Anne Heche’s son for more than $36,000 in unpaid bills left by the late actress.

Heche’s oldest son, Homer Laffoon, was served with a creditor’s claim from the bank, according to documents obtained by The Post.

A collection agency filed the claim on April 26 on behalf of Citibank, which is asking Laffoon to pay up a total of $36,131.35 because he was deemed by the court to be his mother’s estate administrator.

Court documents also revealed the “Six Days, Seven Nights” actress was under at least $62,000 in credit card debt.

A Los Angeles judge named Laffoon, 21, the general administrator in November after a months-long legal battle with Heche’s ex, James Tupper.

Tupper is the father of Heche’s other son, Atlas, 14. Laffoon is Heche’s son with ex-husband Coley.

During the court battle, Tupper claimed $200,000 worth of jewelry had gone missing. The judge denied Tupper’s claim against Laffoon and said there was “no evidence of malfeasance.”

The judge issued a caveat that Laffoon could be removed as administrator if any evidence of embezzlement or fraud is revealed.

According to the latest appraisal of the estate, Heche had a total of $110,063.77, mostly from an investment account and residuals.

Heche, 53, died on August 2022 after she lost control and plowed her blue Mini Cooper into a home in the Mar Vista neighborhood in Los Angeles, sparking a fire that ultimately led to her death.

An autopsy report revealed Heche suffered second-degree burns on 12% of her body, but also confirmed that the troubled actress was not on drugs at the time of her death.
