Probation meets prêt-à-porter.
The 34-year-old “fake heiress” walked in Elena Velez’s Spring/Summer 2026 show at the New York City club, The Box, on Tuesday night, hitting the runway in a nude bodysuit, sheer stockings held up by a garter belt, and a plunging denim coat with a ruffled bodice and exposed seams.
As for the accessories? A white lace bonnet and her court-ordered ankle monitor.
Delvey, who’s been under house arrest since 2022 following her conviction for scamming Manhattan’s elite, hasn’t lost her flair for drama.
It isn’t her first time collaborating with Velez: Delvey walked in the designer’s show last season, where her presence drew just as many headlines as the clothes.
As she told Page Six earlier this month, she’s dropped around 40 pounds and adopted an extensive beauty routine. “I wouldn’t call it a makeover,” Delvey said. “I haven’t had any facelift or plastic surgery, and I have a great [glam] team.”
Her regimen includes lasers, chemical peels, and platelet-rich plasma “vampire facials,” alongside more unconventional treatments like salmon-sperm facials, cryotherapy, and NAD+ IV drips.
She also told Page Six she ditched Ozempic after finding it “made me very depressed” and now swears by a vibration plate to maintain her lean figure.
“It’s much easier to look better when you’re able to leave your home,” she explained, noting that the radius on her ankle monitor was recently extended to 75 miles.
Since her release from ICE custody (where she was detained in 2021 for overstaying her visa), Delvey (born Anna Sorokin) has embraced her public persona as both provocateur and budding fashion insider.
She recently launched “Bunnygate” merch after being falsely accused of abandoning rabbits in a Brooklyn park, and is co-developing a mysterious media project with fashion PR powerhouse Kelly Cutrone.
Walking NYFW in lingerie and an ankle monitor is simply her latest move in reclaiming — and reframing — her image.
Love her or loathe her, Delvey knows how to make an entrance.
