Angel Reese will be rocking custom-painted sneakers on Sunday for the Sky’s rematch with Caitlin Clark and the Fever in Chicago.

Reese, 22, will wear Joker-themed Reeboks that feature the Joker’s smile on the right vamp and “Ha” written along the sides of both shoes.

Footwear reporter Nick DePaula wrote on X that Reese would be wearing them Sunday, and Reese retweeted the report.

The shoes were painted by Marvin Baroota.

Sunday marks the second time Reese and Clark will square off in the WNBA after some high-profile college clashes.

The Fever won the first matchup on June 1 in Indianapolis, 71-70, the same day Sky guard Chennedy Carter hip-checked Clark to the ground as Clark was waiting for an inbounds pass.

Carter was called for a foul, which the WNBA upgraded to a flagrant 1 the following day.

Sky coach Teresa Weatherspoon said in the aftermath that the play by Carter was “not appropriate,” but Carter later said she didn’t “have any regrets” about the play.

Reese stood up from the bench when Carter fouled Clark and appeared to applaud her teammate.

Clark and Iowa fell to Reese and LSU in the 2023 women’s national championship game, during which Reese pointed to her ring finger on the court and mockingly performed the John Cena “you can’t see me” hand gesture that Clark had previously used.

The two teams met again in this year’s Elite Eight, with Iowa getting revenge.

The Hawkeyes ultimately fell in the national title game again, this time to undefeated South Carolina.

Reese is averaging 12.2 points and 10 rebounds a game entering Sunday, while Clark is averaging 15.6 points, 6 assists and 4.9 rebounds per game.
