Amanda Batula is staying rather tight-lipped about why Craig Conover was “told” to leave her wedding.

The Summer House star appeared on Wednesday night’s (March 19) episode of Watch What Happens Live, where host Andy Cohen asked if it was true that Conover was kicked out of her and Kyle Cooke‘s 2021 nuptials and why.

“Yes, but I can’t tell you why,” she said, before adding, “He wasn’t asked to leave, he was told to go home.”

Batula’s comment seemed to be a reference to Conover’s recollection of events in a June 2024 interview with Us Weekly, where he claimed the rumors that he was kicked out of the event were “made up.”

“There was definitely something that happened at the end of the night and that’s when I drank too much,” he admitted. “But we had a really good time at the wedding and then when we already were leaving I basically was made sure to be like, ‘You know what? I don’t think you need to come back in here.'”

Conover added, “It was a filmed event. I think if I was kicked out, we would’ve seen it on TV. But, to be fair, I was asked to not come back in, in case I wanted to decide to come back in.”

The rumors became a source of tension in Summer House when Paige DeSorbo, who dated Conover for three years, accused her co-star Lindsay Hubbard of leaking the story to the press. Months later, Hubbard revealed it was actually Danielle Olivera who leaked the story.

While Cooke and Batula have stayed mum about the situation over the years, Cooke confirmed the rumors in a recent episode of Summer House.

“I value and I treasure my friendship with Paige, and I probably even more so value Amanda’s friendship with Paige. And I don’t want to mess that up,” he said. “But, with Craig coming next week, there’s a lot that was said that’s just not true that he’s made no attempt to clear anything up.”

“Am I the first person to  catch Craig blatantly lying? No,” Cooke added. “Like, make no mistake, the guy got kicked out of my wedding. He continues to lie about that.”

Watch What Happens Live airs Sunday through Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
