Alyssa’s Secret: The Reboot marks Edwards’ grand return to her flagship series following a three-year hiatus. Would you believe that the last episode of Alyssa’s Secret aired in the literal before times of February 2020? The world was simpler then, and definitely better because we had Alyssa’s Secret. Now the queen is back and bringing a little bit of sparkle and sass to 2023.

Just because it’s been a minute since we last saw Alyssa’s Secret doesn’t mean Alyssa’s been keeping quiet over the past few years. Not at all! We’ve seen her stomp the RuPaul’s Drag Race stage as an All Stars lip sync assassin and we saw her cheer on her drag daughter Shangela during her run on Dancing with the Stars. Alyssa Edwards also popped up on the Drag Race UK tour doc God Shave the Queens.

But while we love getting a glimpse behind the curtain in docuseries like Alyssa Raw and Dancing Queen, we don’t always need all that production to get the full Alyssa Edwards experience. When the queen is Alyssa Edwards, we just need one queen, one green screen, and one camera to see magic being made. The basement is open, honey, and the broadcasts are being transmitted once again.
