Alex Rodriguez’s basketball prowess continues to grow.
The former Yankee, who is on the verge of becoming a majority owner of the Minnesota Timberwolves —as well as the Lynx of the WNBA — was at Bucknell’s home win over Army on Sunday and hit a half-court at halftime to win a Bucknell student $10,000.
The 49-year-old Rodriguez banked in the shot and celebrated with the student, whose name is Owen.
“We’ve converted him from a Phillies fan to a Yankee fan,’’ Rodriguez said of the student, who is from Philadelphia.

Rodriguez was at the game with Marc Lore, also set to be an owner of the Timberwolves and a Bucknell grad, as well as another alumnus of the school, Jordy Leiser.
The three entrepreneurs founded Jump Platforms.
He was at the school to speak at a forum, but made his biggest impression on the court.
Earlier in the week, Rodriguez was at Yankees spring training in Tampa.
He was joined by other big names such Reggie Jackson, Willie Randolph, CC Sabathia, Ron Guidry, Roger Clemens and Andy Pettitte.
