South Carolina legal scion and convicted killer Alex Murdaugh was indicted on more tax evasion charges last week, according to a report.

Murdaugh, who was convicted more than a month ago of fatally shooting his wife and one of his sons in a gruesome double-murder, was indicted on multiple new charges tied to alleged tax income evasion Thursday, sources told Fits News.

The charges were expected to be announced this week by South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson’s office, the outlet reported.

Before Thursday’s reported indictment, Murdaugh was most recently indicted on nine counts of tax evasion in December.

Overall, the 54-year-old disbarred attorney is facing several dozen charges tied to alleged financial crimes across 19 indictments.

He’s accused of stealing millions from his former law firm, clients and the government.

He’s serving a life sentence for the murder of wife Maggie, 52, and son Paul, 22, when he shot and killed both on June 7, 2021 to allegedly help distract from his financial crimes, prosecutors have said.

If convicted of the array of financial crimes, it could tack hundreds of years to his prison sentence.

He’s appealing the murder convictions and has maintained his innocence in the slayings.
