Alan Cumming has purchased a small studio down the block from his longtime East Village home, The Post has learned.
Located at 513 E. Fifth Street, the Scottish actor dropped $410,000 for the approximately 400-square-foot pad — a generous amount of space for a studio unit.

Described as a “great spot for investors,” the unit does not require residency.
A newly renovated space with a brand new kitchen, features also include exposed white brick with large windows for good sunlight.
The sole bathroom has been newly renovated as well.
Built in 1929, the co-op unit overlooks a garden.

It’s also only steps to Tompkins Square Park.
