Al Pacino’s girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, did her best to conceal her baby bump in the first photos taken since news of her pregnancy broke last week.
In exclusive photos obtained by Page Six, the 29-year-old was spotted getting into a car while talking on the phone in Los Angeles Monday.
Pacino, 83, was not present as Alfallah left a medical building with her mother.
Alfallah made sure to keep her clothes on the baggier side to hide to not totally show off her growing belly.
The Sony producer wore an all-black outfit, topping off the look with a black leather fur-trimmed coat, black-and-white striped Adidas sneakers and sunglasses.
Alfallah looked away from the paparazzi as her mom – who was also wearing all black – helped her safely get into the black SUV.
Both Pacino and Alfallah have kept a low profile ever since TMZ broke the news that she is eight months pregnant with his fourth child on May 30.
The “Godfather” actor was allegedly “shocked” to learn that Alfallah was expecting their first child together just two months ago and was previously unaware that she was pregnant.
Pacino was reportedly in disbelief, because he has a medical issue that typically results in infertility, TMZ reported last week.

Sources told the outlet that the “Scarface” star requested Alfallah get a paternity test, to which she complied and proved that Pacino can in fact get women pregnant.
The couple first sparked dating rumors in April 2022 when they were photographed getting dinner together in Venice, Calif., but several insiders later told Page Six that the duo had actually been dating since the Covid-19 pandemic.
“She mostly dates very rich older men … She has been with Al for some time and they get on very well,” one source told us at the time. “The age gap doesn’t seem to be a problem, even though he is older than her father.”
Reports initially surfaced that they had called it quits, but a source close to Pacino exclusively told Page Six that they are “still together.”
The “Irishman” actor is already a dad to three children: Julie, 33, with Jan Tarrant, and twins, Olivia and Ashton, 22, with Beverly D’Angelo.
