Al Pacino’s girlfriend Noor Alfallah has filed for physical custody of their son, Roman.
Alfallah, 29, is seeking joint custody of her child with Pacino, 83, and requests that he has “reasonable visitation,” according to court documents obtained by TMZ on Wednesday.
Alfallah has indicated that she wants the “Scarface” actor to be a participant in all major decisions such as schooling and medical treatment.
Additionally, she asked that Pacino pay for her legal fees and any other court-related costs.
The Post reached out to Pacino for comment.
Included in Alfallah’s petition — which is reportedly common for unmarried couples who have children — was a Voluntary Declaration of Parentage (VDOP), which was signed by the couple six days prior to the birth of their son recognizing Pacino as the child’s biological father.
According to the California Court system, the VDOP is a “government form two parents can sign to create a legal parent-child relationship between a child and parent.”
Despite the filing, the couple are still together. “Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child, Roman. They are still together,” Pacino’s rep told TMZ on Thursday.
Romance rumors between Alfallah and Pacino began circulating in April 2022 after the pair were spotted having dinner together.
Sources close to the pair told Page Six that they had been quietly dating since the COVID-19 pandemic.
“She has been with Al for some time, and they get on very well,” one insider explained after the revelation. “The age gap doesn’t seem to be a problem, even though he is older than her father.”
The source also noted that Alfallah had previously been spotted with Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger and billionaire philanthropist Nicolas Berggruen.
In June, Pacino opened up about the impending arrival of son Roman during a stroll in LA. “It’s very special,” he said in a video obtained by the Daily Mail at the time. “It always has been. I’ve got many kids. But this is really special coming at this time.”
Pacino also has three other children: a 33-year-old daughter, Julie Marie, with acting coach Jan Tarrant, and 22-year-old twins, Anton and Olivia, with actress Beverly D’Angelo.
