Tributes are pouring in for a young pub worker who lost her life in a tragic accident earlier this month.

Kayla Naomi Wright, 30, died on February 5 after falling off her pushbike near Clare in South Australia.

The young woman fought for four days following the incident before succumbing to her injuries on February 9 surrounded by family and friends, the Adelaide Advertiser reported.

Kayla’s mum Stacey Wright wrote on Facebook her daughter left a “lasting impact” on everyone she met.

“Kayla was adored and lived life with an open heart,” she wrote. “She will be missed by many.”

Kayla had travelled the world and was also a keen skier.

She worked at bars and clubs in Adelaide.

Tara Donnellan who organised a GoFundMe for Kayla’s family wrote the young woman would always be “my sidekick, best friend, maid of honour, my little party animal, and the most loving, beautiful and sunny person that’s always been such an important part of my life”.

“How do you put into words how much someone means to you?” she asked.

“Kayla was the most caring, loving, kind and funny person. She always lived life to the absolute fullest.”

Another friend, Maja Vidovic, wrote she was “beautiful, ahead of the times fashionable, filled with sass and class angel in the sky”.

“We will make sure we have the greatest celebration of life party that there ever was.”

“The Queen of Quirk and kindest soul in the room, you’ll be missed Kayla,” friend Amber Lee commented.

Police were called to Spring Gully Rd in Gillentown, 5.5km south of Clare after reports of a cyclist falling from their push bike on February 5.

Kayla was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital for treatment but died on February 9.
