This home was featured in “The King of Staten Island” — and it can now be yours for $3.99 million.

The 2020 dramatic comedy, directed by Judd Apatow, stars Pete Davidson as the rudderless son of a firefighter who died on 9/11. Both Davidson and his character, Scott, hail from Staten Island and lost their firefighter fathers that day.

The film is based on a screenplay by Davidson, Apatow and Dave Sirus.

In the flick, the three-story home, at 68 Signal Hill Road in the posh enclave of Grymes Hill, served as backdrop to a high school graduation party, in which Davidson banters with his real grandpa, Stephen Davidson. Marisa Tomei plays Davidson’s mother, who is about to marry another firefighter.

The ritzy residence, which sits on 0.6 acres, boasts a large backyard and multiple outdoor spaces with views of the New York City skyline to the Verrazano Bridge.

The sellers bought the land for $1.2 million in 2008, brokers said. Four years later, they built their dream house on the site of an older home that they tore down. They are selling, a source said, because they are spending more time in Florida and New Jersey.

The brick-and-stone dwelling comes with four bedrooms and 4½ baths.

At 7,350 square feet, the interior features a formal dining room, a double-height great room with lots of windows, a fireplace, a large chef’s kitchen, and a custom built-in bar area and wine cellar on the lower level. There’s also a main bedroom suite with a spa-like bathroom and multiple walk-in closets.

Design details highlight lots of marble and custom built-ins. A large outdoor area includes a summer kitchen with a woodburning pizza oven.
