NextImg:$9.85M penthouse lists in Brooklyn tower Zendaya made famous

Talk about real estate euphoria!

A smashing four-bedroom spread atop Brooklyn Heights’ Quay Tower — which first hit the map when Zendaya bought a $5 million condo there in 2020 (as Gimme exclusively revealed) — is on the market for $9.85 million.

Celebrity broker Ryan Serhant lived in the penthouse for a few months last year with his wife, Emilia, and their 4-year-old daughter, Zena, while completing renovations on their Boerum Hill townhouse (purchased from writer Jonathan Safran Foer).

The 3,553-square-foot Quay residence comes with its own private elevator that opens to a foyer; as well as an eat-in chef’s kitchen; floor-to-ceiling windows with double exposures; a main bedroom suite with double walk-in closets and a marble bath; a mud room; a laundry room; a media room and a coveted second entrance.

Amenities in the glamorous 30-story waterfront tower include a 2,500-square-foot gym overlooking Brooklyn Bridge Park, with a boxing space created in partnership with legendary Gleason’s Gym, where Muhammad Ali once trained. (Residents have access to boxing classes and private training there with world champ Yuri Foreman.)

There’s also a children’s playroom and a music practice room with a baby grand piano, along with common rooftop space for dining and entertaining — with views of the city skyline and the New York Harbor. Owners also have “preferred access” to the Superyacht Service at One°15 Brooklyn Marina, and a ferry outside the building can drop them off at Wall Street or Governors Island.

The listing brokers are Jim Hayes, Brad Mohr and Jamie Hannon of Serhant.
