


Four people were killed and another four were wounded when a gunman wearing a ballistic vest started shooting in Philadelphia Monday night, according to a report.
The deadly gunfire rang out in the Kingsessing part of the city around 8: 30 p.m.
A suspect was under arrest, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported, citing authorities.
At least two juveniles were among the victims shot, police said.
Their conditions were not immediately known.
Four of the victims were rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center and another four victims reached the same hospital by private vehicle, the newspaper reported.
About ten minutes after the shooting began, police reported they arrested a man who had a ballistic vest on.
Authorities also reportedly recovered a rifle and handgun in a nearby alleyway.
Cops didn’t fire any shots leading up to the suspect’s arrest, the Inquirer reported.
