A massive drug bust in Flushing, Queens has led to the indictment of four individuals accused of running a dangerous narcotics operation spanning two boroughs, Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz announced Friday.
The suspects — Xing Li, 40 of Flushing, Kaiyu Huang, 36, of Manhattan, Quan Ni, 24, and Raymond Nam, 36, of Flushing were arrested Thursday following a 16-month investigation dubbed “Operation Frostbite” by law enforcement, Katz said.
