Two students were stabbed Thursday afternoon inside a Queens public high school, and one person was in custody, cops and police sources said.
One of the teens was stabbed in the stomach and the other in the shoulder in the stairwell of Martin Van Buren High School on Hillside Avenue near 231st Street in Queens Village around 1:30 p.m., authorities and sources said.
Both were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, cops said.

Their ages and genders were not immediately known.
One person was taken into custody in connection to the attack and was not immediately charged. Cops could not immediately say whether that person was also a student.
Back in 2021, a gun was recovered from a classroom at the same high school after a 16-year-old student dropped it during a tussle, cops said at the time.
In 2020, a 16-year-old boy was shot in the foot during a dispute roughly two blocks away from the school, police said then.
