Two Brooklyn teens were blasted in the back during separate broad daylight shootings Wednesday morning, police said.
Gunfire erupted on the corner of Macon Avenue and Nostrand Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant around 9:15 a.m. when a gunman opened fire, striking a 17-year-old in the back, according to authorities.
He was taken by EMS to Kings County Hospital in stable condition, the NYPD said.
At least one shell casing was recovered, and an opened Doritos bag littered the crime scene, video shot by a Post photographer shows.
Just an hour later, an 18-year-old was shot in the lower back at a playground on East 100th Street in Canarsie, police and law enforcement sources said.
Lenox Academy, a nearby middle school, ordered students to shelter in place when the violence ensued, according to sources.
The wounded boy was also taken by EMTs to Kings County Hospital in stable condition, the NYPD said.
It’s unclear what led to the gunfire, and no arrests were made in either shooting as of Wednesday afternoon.
