Two asylum seekers were found dead outside a mega migrant shelter in Brooklyn, police said Friday.

The men, ages 24 and 25, were found just after 8:30 a.m. Thursday in a parked Nissan Sentra at Scott and Flushing avenues outside The Jefferson — a six-story commercial building that was opened in March to handle the migrant crisis, cops said.

The 25-year-old man died at the scene, and the 24-year-old man was rushed to Woodhall Hospital but did not survive, according to police.

The causes of death were still unclear as of Friday evening, but there was no sign of foul play.

The nationality of the two dead men was not known.

The 455 Jefferson Street location is one of two massive Humanitarian Emergency Response and Relief Centers that opened over the last few months to help handle the influx of migrants from the southern border.

The other was in Times Square’s vacant Candler Tower office building.

“We were saddened to learn about the tragic death this week of two asylum seekers found outside of a facility in Brooklyn where the city is providing migrants shelter,” a City Hall spokesperson said.

“The NYPD is investigating this incident,” the spokesperson added.
