A 12-year-old girl was shot in the arm outside a Queens apartment building Wednesday night, authorities said.

The preteen, who appears to be an innocent bystander, was struck by a bullet around 7:45 p.m. outside 106-22 160th St. in Jamaica, police and sources said, citing preliminary information.

The girl was rushed to the hospital where she was in stable condition, the NYPD said.

No arrests have been made.

The shooting comes just hours after a 15-year-old was injured when he was stabbed on Queens street near his school as part of a troubling trend of teens that have fallen victim to crimes in the Big Apple in recent weeks.
