“1000-Lb. Sisters” star Amy Slaton and her husband, Michael Halterman, are going their separate ways.
Halterman filed for divorce from the reality star on March 13 in Union County, Kentucky, according to court records seen by Page Six.
The estranged couple have a motion set for Wednesday, March 22 at 9:00 a.m. local time.
Reps for Slaton and Halterman didn’t immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment.
Slaton and Halterman eloped in 2017 before having a formal wedding in 2019, which was documented on the TLC series.
The split comes less than a year after Slaton gave birth to son Glenn Allen in July 2022, who joined his big brother, Gage, who was born in November 2020.
“The wait is finally over … Michael and I are happy to announce the birth of our son, Glenn Allen Halterman,” Slaton, 35, told People at the time.
“The delivery was a huge success and now I have both of my miracle boys; our family is complete!”
Although the couple were married for only four years, they actually grew up together and dated when they were younger.
“We actually met when I was eight so we were dating then, but then when he turned 18, we stopped dating until recently,” she told The Sun last year.
“He loves me and supports me. He don’t care how much I weigh, how much I lose. He don’t care.”
Slaton, however, decided to undergo gastric bypass in and lost more than 100 pounds — all of which was documented on the show.
