As the diligent Ed Whelan notes, today marks the 20th anniversary of his Bench Memos blog, which has a devoted readership for Ed’s thoughtful commentary on judicial rulings and judicial nominations. The nature of websites being what they are, not everything can be on the front page simultaneously, so Ed’s work isn’t always immediately apparent to casual visitors to this site.
