MRC President David Bozell joined Rich Valdés America at Night on Monday to share his thoughts on Jimmy Kimmel returning to late night. Following a week long suspension, ABC announced Jimmy Kimmel will resume Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Tuesday. Sinclair affiliates will not air Kimmel's show. After the recording of this segment, Nexstar also announced it will not air Jimmy Kimmel Live! on its stations. 

Bozell said, "We are living in the cord cutting era, and their business is to keep the cord plugged in. If you're going to hear from your customers that they don't want a guy like Kimmel stealing this kind of bile, they have an obligation to respond to the consumer base. I think it's as simple as that."
