MONTREAL — World champions Ethan Katzberg and Camryn Rogers have their tickets to Paris booked and ready.

Katzberg won the men’s hammer throw, besting the Olympic standard once more, with a throw 82.60 metres at the Canadian Olympic trials on Wednesday. Rogers did the same in topping the women’s field in the hammer throw at 75.05 metres.

The pair — both the top-ranked hammer throwers in the world _ were the only athletes to earn spots for the upcoming Olympics on Wednesday.
