Barbeques, pizza ovens and now Blackstone grills. Lately, it seems there is a new must-have cooking appliance before the last one even has a chance to cool down. 

Recently, Blackstone grills have been becoming increasingly popular because of how versatile they are – since the cooking surface is flat and does not have grill grates, you can cook almost anything on them and they are easy to maintain and clean. Sounds like a dream, but a word of caution, just like any other appliance, there is a learning curve and it seems that properly seasoning the grills makes all the difference for Blackstones.
