Cooking a meal has so many aspects to it from the prep, planning, execution and clean up that even though it may start enjoyable, it may not always end that way – if you make it through all the steps. 

I’ll be the first to admit, more often than not, that my meal prep conversations with my husband usually end up with us getting takeout because it feels like the faster and easier option. However, over time even that gets tiring, not to mention unhealthy and expensive. I’ve spoken to a few others about this and it turns out, this is an all too common struggle among many, which helps me understand the influx of meal delivery kits available now.
