Officers from the Orillia detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested and charged an individual with impaired driving, after an 18-year-old male was found asleep behind the wheel of a parked car at the force’s local headquarters.

An OPP press release states that at about&nbsp;11:30 a.m. on Aug. 10, officers were dispatched to OPP Central Region Headquarters after reports of an unconscious male in the parking lot there. Upon arriving on scene, they observed a male to be sleeping behind the wheel with several open alcohol containers throughout the vehicle.
