Located next to Renaissance Park on Oshawa’s Lake Ontario shoreline, the 165-lot community aptly named Park and Lake “is one of the last opportunities to buy pre-construction detached homes on the waterfront in Durham Region, and even in the wider GTA,” says Neil Pattison, the senior vice-president of development at Graywood Developments, who are offering the project in partnership with Falconcrest Homes. “Most waterfront sites are either developed, undevelopable or being turned into condominiums,” he adds.
