In pre-construction across from the Kedron Dells Golf Club, the master-planned Menkes project includes more than 700 towns and detached homes featuring exteriors “inspired by English traditional and modern farmhouse architecture,” explains Adam Menkes, the Toronto-based developer’s vice-president of low-rise residential, adding that unlike some corner-cutting residential projects, Winchester Estates’ construction materials include real clay bricks, ornamental frieze board, Energy Star windows and self-sealing architectural roof shingles.
