Once built, the $800 million, 63-storey Freed Hotel & Residences will be among Toronto’s tallest buildings, rising at 240 Adelaide St. W. in the downtown core. It will also be home to 100 five-star luxury hotel rooms, 400 condominium suites and a top-floor Skybar and restaurant with dizzying views.

“I’ve spent my whole life preparing for this project,” says Toronto real estate developer Peter Freed, for whom the project is named. “It’s been 30 years of hard work leading to this, and now I’m putting my best foot forward for the city I love.”
