Tuesday marks the second anniversary of the October 7 massacre — the worst terrorist attack since 9/11 and the deadliest day for Jews since the Holocaust. But as hard as that day was for Canadian Jews, some of whom lost friends and family, the dramatic rise in antisemitism that followed was like rubbing salt on an open wound. Worse still, Canada’s Jews were completely abandoned by their own government.
