Three Canadian restaurants made the top five in the inaugural North America’s 50 Best Restaurants list. Montreal’s Mon Lapin came in at No. 2, Restaurant Pearl Morissette in Jordan Station, Ont. — the only restaurant in Toronto and region to hold two Michelin stars — was named No. 3, and the two-starred Tanière3 in Quebec City, winner of the Art of Hospitality award, is No. 5.
