Heading to the office? Check. Grabbing a bite to eat? On the regular. Going for a jog? As often as possible. But “getting some fresh air” is not among the reasons Daphne McIntosh gives for exiting her two-bedroom home in the lakefront Aqualina condo tower on Queens Quay East.   

“Indoor air quality was one of the main reasons I bought here,” explains the fortysomething insurance broker. “With my building being LEED Platinum-certified, I don’t have to worry too much about that.”
