For the past five years, Research Co. has released polling data related to the performance of prime ministers and opposition leaders since the late 1960s. The votes are in for 2024, and Canada’s worst Prime Minister is…Justin Trudeau. 

Trudeau finished first with 38 percent of the vote, which is up eight points from last year’s survey. My old friend and boss, former Conservative prime minister Stephen Harper, finished second at 14 percent – which is actually down four points from 2023.
