Some people may be confused by recent events in Ottawa, so let’s take a moment to make things clear.

Leaders of the five federal parties are being offered an opportunity to read a top secret report about colleagues suspected of betraying Canada by aiding foreign powers. The catch is that, to read the report, they have to promise not to talk about it.
